Return & Sales Policy
Orders can be returned up to 15 days after the ship date for a full refund (minus shipping charges).
You simply send the unopened product back to our return address in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within 14 days of our receiving your returned product.
What We Don’t Offer Returns On
Due to the nature of the following products we don’t offer refunds on any of the following*:
food or candy items.
custom ordered items that have been personalized specifically for you
Clearance and special order items
Veil Policy: No returns on Custom Orders. Exchange only for items that are in stock. If something is damaged when it arrived then it will immediately be replaced with the same item. Repairs are always accepted.
